Photography and art as a mindfulness practice ...
You will find, besides photography, also some Japanese Ink Brush Calligraphies, Haiku poetry and Haiga (see info in the Haiga-Gallery), specially designed greeting cards and book marks.
Full resolution images are used for printing. Purchasing by Download-option will be made available within the next two weeks, as well.
Maximum sizes for quality printing (between 300 - 360 dpi) are noted within the image file name (most are between 10 to 24 inches longest side; some panoramic images much wider - please see the Large Format Prints Gallery for very large panoramic prints.
To order directly from this web gallery, click on 'add to cart', and proceed step by step to decide on mat or glossy paper, crop or no crop ( I suggest no cropping to maintain the full original image composition), use 'no colour adjustment' as my image files are already colour profiled, proceed to decide on framing or no framing, and on to contact details.
You can also contact me directly, in case you wish to receive a print made by myself, hand signed, dated, and numbered.
For more about my approach to this work and to life in general, you can read at www.crimsonbamboo.ca, where I have also added an article about Shodo (the Way of the Brush); all easy and comfortably short reads.
Thanks much for having a glimpse.
and any comments and messages are welcome.
